About Russell

Russell transitioned out of a lucrative long-standing career in 2007. As an award-winning Historic Restoration Contractor, Russell spent over thirty years developing an eye for detail. His business acumen was essential to creating success in a variety of environments. Museum-quality finishes specified on his projects, were only attained through a discipline that led to the highest level of trust with his instinct.

Mastering the level of skill needed to reach the top of this industry, inspired the self-confidence needed to create a seamless transition into his encore career. Russell embarked down the path less traveled by embracing his intuition to become a medium, intuitive reader, author, and human energy expert. His eye for detail in construction supported the process of establishing a vibrant private practice. Russell would routinely see 7-800 clients a year from his Austin home in his humble beginnings as a mentor and guide.

A diverse combination of interests led the builder within to invent a human energy device in 2007 and the Forsyth Crystal Light Table was born. In order to get the unique invention into the hands of others, Russell began teaching workshops and building a community. This led to the development of the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts, a membership site with 23 comprehensive training modules, a forum, and a library of videos, articles, and meditations.

Russell is a designer of tools for evolution. Besides the development of the Forsyth Crystal Light Table, he designed the cut on a Dr Marcel Vogel inspired crystal wand used to move, amplify, program, transfer, and collect information. Such a daunting undertaking begins with a vision and manifests with perseverance in pursuit of the goal. He calls this fine-cut crystal wand “the Trinity”.

Russell supported his wife, Beckie, in her development of a world-class E-Com store, which has become a very successful business. Everything they built together falls under one corporate umbrella to serve a large established clientele. Then in 2020 the pandemic began. Russell and Beckie left their home in Austin after 43 years, and moved to the North Dallas area to be closer to family.

This spirit-driven decision to move opened a new chapter in their lives. Within a few months, Russell and Beckie lost their granddaughter to the violence that stems from domestic abuse. Despite all the challenges, everything Russell learned in his metaphysical pursuits was used in his response to such a profound trauma.

Russell and Beckie’s work took on new meaning and they were able to thrive in the most difficult environment. Russell’s work shifted as he was forced to step back from the demands of one-on-one in-person session work. He took his skills into a ground-breaking approach to remote energy work. Russell also used the science of Dr Marcel Vogel to develop the use of generators to facilitate the amplification of energy. At the same time, his work shifted toward conscious business development.

Russell was given an advisory position with a major corporation with a role to help bring greater integrity through spiritual alignment. His energy reports were shaped to identify ‘leaks’, in order to help businesses course correct into a more stable and secure direction. One result was the creation of goal-specific detailed energy reports for business leaders. Russell found a niche in working with conscious individuals in role of leadership who were committed in their contribution to helping humanity. Today, he enjoys more time with his family, yet continues working with clients in the area of personal transformation and business consultation. When he is not in service, Russell enjoys a round of disc golf.
