Value-Based Pricing

Russell has worked with a flexible payment system void of hard rates since 2007. His strategy has been to set the price based on the perceived value or outcome delivered to the client, rather than the time or resources expended. It is particularly effective for specialized services where his unique expertise provides significant benefits.

This system means the client must quantify the desired result. Defining the goal and placing a value on the outcome, establishes an alignment with payment or the energy exchange. Communication is the key to any process that will yield a valuable outcome.

A flexible rate system increases accessibility to allow services for those in need. At the same time, strict boundaries must be established for the health and welfare of Russell and the client. He established a limited number of reduced-rate slots to prevent burnout. There is a recommended amount based on gaining the benefit of an expertise that took years to develop.

In personal interactions, there is a need for the flexible-based pricing, but in business there needs to a more defined payment schedule. This especially true for both energy reports and in-depth consultations.

Personal 

Burning Question

This a single question with limited parameters. This is NOT a full reading, rather a simply worded question. Asking for ratings on multiple job offers, housing, services, and subjects with several options, is more of a reading than a burning question.

The suggested amount is $50

Email Reading

This is a written or recorded reading done entirely through email, without any direct communication or appointment. It is usually a general report or focused in specific areas such as romance, career, life-purpose, or issues that require some time to access the information.

The suggested amount is $100   

Energy Assessment

The energy assessment is done through email and the contact form. It entails a 40-point assessment done with a goal in mind. This detailed report can address issues related to health, purpose, finances, career, etc. The assessment can be used to inform other practitioners of the areas in need of targeted balancing. A treatment plan can be requested for an additional exchange. The energy assessment does not include treatment of areas identified as imbalances.

The suggested amount is $100 

Energy Assessment plus Treatment Plan

A treatment plan is developed in conjunction with the full energy assessment. The plan can be a series of divine prescriptions, a suggested protocol, or a defined schedule of appointment specific to the needs. In some cases, a remote energy session is arranged using the crystal bed, following the completion of  preparation instructions.  

The suggested amount is $150-$200 

Remote Energy Balance

Remote Energy Balancing does not require an appointment. It is requested by contact form or email. Russell is sent a photo image, birthdate, full name at birth, and location at birth, along with current symptoms and intentions for the desired outcome.

In some cases, you will be sent preparation instructions that must be followed before the energy is sent. Most energy sessions are conducted at night while the client sleeps. The nighttime hours are the time when most are open to receiving the energy.  

In order to have any accurate target for balancing, an energy assessment is performed. Once again, this type of service does not go on the calendar. Your request is taken in the order in which it is received.   

The suggested amount is $150-$200

Zoom or in-person sessions

These meetings are placed on the calendar and performed in person or on a video call. They are direct contact appointments established through contact with Russell where access to his booking calendar is granted. The type of session can be determined through email or at the time of the session. Most would be limited to one hour.

First-time meetings and certain energy sessions require a two hour time slot. For in depth energy assessments, life purpose readings, an intuitive reading, and treatment, two hours is needed. Communication with Russell is sometimes needed to determine the length of time for a session

One-Hour Sessions  

The suggested amount is $150-$200

Two-Hour Sessions

The suggested amount is $300-400

Generators

Generators are charged with the specific intentions of the client. They can be a large dedicated generator, or a small generator programmed for a short-term targeted charge. The size needed and the duration are factors that determine the value and ultimately the amount of exchange.

Business Coaching and Consulting

Business consulting is designed in accordance with the goals and needs of the client. The value is measured by the criteria set forth by the goal. How much would it be worth be given a detailed energy report on your company that would increase revenue by 20 percent? 

Rates are determined by the requirement of a daily, weekly or monthly meeting. Inquire with Russell as to your needs and goals to determine the most accurate pricing for business consultations.
