Have you ever been mystified at the inability to see a harmful trait or characteristic? Maybe I couldn’t trust some part of me or wasn’t ready to see the truth. Perhaps my value system would be upended if I agreed to deviate from my nice little comfort zone. It’s easier to make decisions based on the way I feel, even if that starts with a false assumption! Karma is a blind spot.
Karma is a blind spot. Drawing forth the lessons of life usually stems from some lack of awareness. The Universe is working behind the scenes to show us something about ourselves. There is usually a bias involved with the inability to perceive what others can easily see. Is a failure to recognize personal shortcomings or limitations, or even my strong points, ever a good thing? (tee hee). Any lack of awareness might be protecting me from something or someone.
It’s easy to find an incentive to distort perception when things don’t align with my goals. Past experiences and social conditioning shape personal perception. Once a bias is formed, habits and behaviors follow the same path. Self-awareness is crucial when it comes to adjusting behaviors to create healthy and meaningful relationships. Now back to karma. Have you ever made what you thought was the perfect plan, only to experience something completely unexpected?
Whatever separated us from reality has evoked the influence of Universal Law. A lesson is being delivered and either I pay attention, or the pattern will continue. It’s time to pay attention to a whisper on the subject of a blind spot:
Humans tend to overlook critical details. In doing so, they make decisions based on incomplete perspectives. Careful examination of all the information is an acknowledgment of potential blind spots. Truth is the light that shines in every dark corner to confront the source of conflict and disharmony. Vibrations don’t need to be seen, as they are felt. You won’t always see the negative outcome that waits, but you can always trust what your heart is communicating.
Increasing self-awareness is a conscious act of evolution. Knowing everyone has blinds spots is the first step toward creating a harmonious environment. Enhancing decision-making strategies means paying attention to the details. Defensive positions close the door to collaboration, contributing to a cycle of miscommunication. It is time to aggressively seek out the bias from within to eliminate the blind spots.
Self-examination of thoughts and behaviors create the space for identification of limitations. When you’re focused on faraway objects, it’s challenging to see what is obvious to the outside observer. A process of self-discovery is the goal that leads to the inner wisdom that delivers a great sense of self. Authenticity is freedom from the limitations that create the illusion of control..
Exploring the inner self is an intentional process of great consideration. Alternative viewpoints challenge the old programs established by a bias. Reducing blind spots requires the cultivation of empathy. With open energetic receptors, you are led to greater understanding and appreciation of all life experiences. The mind seeking growth can find balance with a heart seeking the expansion that comes when love leads. Such is the key to eliminating blind spots.
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
Blessings, Russell

Is this card for you?
The 8.1 of the IEL Institute for the Spiritual Arts is a module dedicated to the subject of Soul Attachments. Understanding this issue and engaging in a process can lead to some of the most transformative outcomes I have ever witnessed.
Part of the information contains the ‘BodyTalk’ method. It doesn’t take long to see the body speaks loud and clear where there is a willingness and an intention in place. This card is a message to listen to your own body for the deep satisfaction that comes with being the better version of yourself.
