The angels started communicating some messages around core values recently, creating some information that caught my interest. Core values can be different for each person, so identifying yours can be a rewarding internal process. According to Barrie Davenport of Live Bold & Bloom, your core values are the guiding principles of your life that help you determine your behavior, words, and actions. It’s essential to your personal evolution to take stock of your values on a regular basis, and then make the necessary changes to align your life with these most critical values.
Living in harmony with your values creates the fertile environment for happiness, peace of mind, and success because you are living authentically without confusion, guilt, or shame. Even small, incremental changes to align your life with your values will create a positive shift in your feelings and attitude. An example of some core values might be as follows:
- Resolving conflicts directly (not by using text, email, or social media)
- Finding ways to work as a team or member of a community
- Honoring commitments (like being on time and following through on your promises)
- Being authentic with yourself and others
- Building positive family relationships
- Pursuing growth and learning
- Creating sustainable living
- Caring about others
- Striving for contentment and happiness
It is time for my commitment to the angel whispers on the subject of core values:
Everyone has their own unique vibration, established before and during conception, that includes a soul template. The core vibrations created by your core values found in your soul template are aligned with life purpose, the search for love, playfulness, and the desire to attract experiences which will ultimately lead to growth. Raising consciousness supports the core vibrations with increasing abilities to ascend while in the physical body.
When situations and circumstances arise to support any form of deviation from your core values, a disruption to your frequencies occurs. Subtle as they may be, the shift in alignment can surface in ways that create an emotional response. Lower energies support the emotions of the lower self as you descend away from the higher self, creating a bond that can pull your energy downward. You are never disconnected from Source, but descending energies can support the feeling that there is some type of disconnect. The disconnect is from your true self.
Anything that disrupts your core vibrations can further a form of self-sabotage with the release of lower emotions such as shame guilt, anger, sadness, remorse, regret, ego judgments, contempt, jealousy, greed, and control energies. The underlying reason for feeling these emotions can seem mysterious and elusive.
You can always study core values to help determine your true resonant frequencies, but an internal assessment of your core values can unveil the deeper truth. Find a quiet place with your journal and ask yourself ‘What are my core values?’ , then make note without over-thinking. Your core values are different from others’, and that is part of your uniqueness. An example of what lives in your soul template might be a heavy focus on working with a team in this lifetime, bringing healing energy to your birth family, overcoming multiple challenges in life, and basic principles such as leadership, discipline, resourcefulness, artistry, and restraint.
When you identify your core values, you create a clear vision of your life with a deeper understanding of your purpose and a guide to your happiness. Modifications to your behavior become a more conscious decision as awareness expands with the inventory of your core values. Alignment of internal frequencies allows you to know yourself, assess how you have handled yourself, envision your future, and reach for the stars with your highest potential.
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
Blessings, Russell
“Core values serve as a lighthouse when the fog of life seems to leave you wandering in circles; when you encounter that moment where every decision is a tough one and no choice seems to clearly be the better choice.”
