I feel a whisper coming about making things up! It seems I come up with terms that yield zero results in the search effort (tee hee). Inversion is using the opposite to learn. Giving consideration to the opposite is a technique used in critical thinking. This method often brings amazing results. Take what you’re trying to manifest, then apply that goal to imagining the worst type of failure.
We can imagine outcomes without risking channeling the energy toward the negative. Thinking of what could go wrong helps me create solutions for better goal management. There is a fine line between healing and the potential for a paralyzed will. The German mathematician Carl Jacobi made several important contributions to different scientific fields. He was known for his ability to solve hard problems by following a strategy of man muss immer umkehren. Invert, always invert!
Today we looking at energetic inversion. An example would be when depression goes from outward expression to an inward target. Negative emotions can energetically become inverted. Inversion leads to physical disharmony according to research on the mind/body connection. Inverted bitterness can lead to heart-related issues (according to the whispers from spirit). Let’s add a little more to our research today with a whisper on energetic inversion.
Energetic inversion is a process that can lead to balance or imbalance. The determining factor would involve the process. Depression and sadness turned inward, can bring understanding, forgiveness, acceptance, and love. This type of focus adds up to personal and spiritual growth. An opposing flow of energy can also bring negative patterns. Emotions that stuck in any area of the body, mind, or spirit maintain a reversed flow.
When an energy that opposes love is inverted, resolution can be accomplished. It comes down to management of the process in which you are engaged. A victim mentality connected to bitterness reduces energy flow. High levels of stress reverses the flow with polarity switching. Positive expression balanced with negative impressions is the key to moving forward.
Exploring the inner landscape is never without risk. Inversion is a shift of energy inward. Energetic inversion can occur with any process that involves personal growth. A sudden shift can occur at deep levels to create a physiological response. Use critical thinking and careful planning around your goal of spiritual growth. Develop strategies for management to achieve optimal success. Try not to force the journey inward using external measures. Your spirit can only handle so much energy before shutting down due to overload.
A spotlight on the experiences of the past can be valuable when using self-awareness. Limit the background noise to find the stillness in your heart. Let love lead the upward movement of energy to help reach the goal of reconciliation.
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
Blessings, Russell
“Truth, I have learned, differs for everybody. Just as no two people ever see a rainbow in exactly the same place – and yet both most certainly see it, while the person seemingly standing right underneath it does not see it at all – so truth is a question of where one stands, and the direction one is looking in at the time.”
