Innocence is one of those words that carry different meanings depending on the context. A person can be innocent of a crime or false judgment. Innocence can refer to purity and freedom from moral wrongs or guilt. Innocence can also refer to virginity. With children, innocence is simply adorable, don’t you think? (tee hee)
Part of a holistic approach to energy healing involves this subject frequently. The angels whispered on the subject recently with a communication that messaged Innocence remains with the inner child on the journey of return to sovereignty of the spirit. Remembering who we are and what we set out for ourselves at birth has to contain some form of innocence and purity.
I often wonder if innocence is something that can be lost and if so, can it be recaptured? Can the use of this term relate to groups? Are we losing innocence as a nation with the current state of discord and disagreement? Can our innocence relate to being naive or an innocence of the heart with regard to actions? Is there a part of our soul that will always remain pure and innocent? The questions are mounting with the need for understanding from a whisper from an angel on the subject of innocence:
There is an energy of purity that remains with every soul for eternity. This is the spark of light from which each human spirit emerges. Innocence is the foundation of emergence which each person will build on to create awakening energy. Instead of returning to innocence, you are expanding from the experiences that lead you to deeper levels of knowledge and the return to innocence that occurs when wisdom merges with truth.
Each person has an illumination that is unblemished by the human experience. This is the innocence that forms a direct connection with divinity. The movement of illuminated light within creates oscillation that can increase vibrations that ultimately form the physical reaction experienced with love. The bumps on the skin, the hair standing up, the electricity moving on the spine, the body filling with warmth, the heart energy expanding to meet another on the playground of love, this is the energy of innocence manifested into the physical form.
With innocence forming into expression, there is vulnerability. Ego can place a blanket on innocence as a response to past transgressions, offering a moment of discernment to some. To others, the moment is lost and the feeling of lost innocence becomes instilled with a measure of grief. The child comes out to play, and the inner authority pulls back from a hidden fear that generates hesitation. The willingness to explore with innocence illuminates the path to love, but takes courage. Courage is supported by an inner knowing that one can handle whatever comes their way, by using discernment, healthy boundaries, and the language of love as the ultimate expression.
Let love lead the way and innocence will never be lost; it will be replaced with leadership and a teaching that become an example to the world. Nothing is lost through the eyes of the soul and from the natural innocence of the human spirit.
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
Blessings, Russell
“And that's what innocence is. It's simple and trusting like a child, not judgmental and committed to one narrow point of view. If you are locked into a pattern of thinking and responding, your creativity gets blocked. You miss the freshness and magic of the moment. Learn to be innocent again, and that freshness never fades.”
