Does life get so busy that your priorities fall off the radar? The next thing you know, you are sucked into the maze of social media and online games. As you wake up the next morning with an EMF hangover, you start the day feeling bad about yourself. The non-paying roommate in your head calls you names. What a terrible person you are for not doing the things that are an important part of your goals. Now you are self-labeled as the dreaded procrastinator.
Once the pattern is established, it seems to follow you around in a form that cannot be broken. The genie is out of the bottle, or should I say the zombie is out? In case you’re wondering, I’m not talking about me! (tee hee) Procrastination is nothing more than a delayed action. If it’s a delay due to insecurity, low energy, or a mood that is demotivating, that can lower the vibe.
You will usually find an imbalance in the Solar Plexus energy center when this happens to you. This power center is sometimes called the place of gems. It contains those shiny objects in your energy that attract attention from the soul. These gems are usually present when there is some form of resistance in the energy body. The Solar Plexus is also part of the delivery mechanism for life-force energy. It connects anatomically to major organs, deals with digestion, holds the effects of abuse, and encourages perfectionism.
What is the answer to procrastination, you ask? Actually I asked and heard the words monk mode. Let’s find out more about this whisper unless you think we should put it off!
The 3D world is full of stimulation, which means it is easy to get distracted. It’s also easy to get discouraged when pushing through the murky energy for which the planet is known. The human mind is rarely free from judgments, to the point of being able to direct laser-focused energy. Staying on track can be challenging.
Monk mode means adopting a practice with intent that can oppose the tendencies that lead to procrastination. Such a practice would involve the determination of an athlete training for a world event. That world event is your life. You will determine the results that become your legacy. First, look at your goals and what you are trying to achieve. Self-actualization takes desire with a vision and all the appropriate action steps.
Monk mode might include a designated time each day to turn off the phone and computer. During a two-hour period, use mind-mapping that determines the action steps needed to reach your goal. Engage in meditation to bring the clear vision of your dreams. The energy of the Sun will charge the Solar Plexus to induce new energy as a resource.
Dedicate blocks of time with each practice. Go thirty minutes without a distraction, then take a break to nourish yourself. Write down or make a mental note of the thoughts or inclinations that distract you. Self-awareness will support your effort to maintain focus. Find a way to keep track of your goals and your progress. Celebrate reaching a new level of success as a way to direct gratitude to your determined self. Monk mode takes devotion. Be sure to regulate sleep patterns, eat healthy, and use good boundaries that keep your energy vibrating with love.
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
Blessings, Russell
