Nibbana is one of the four stages of enlightenment described in Buddhism. Nibbana refers to reaching the ultimate spiritual goal with movement toward enlightenment. Reaching higher levels of consciousness means a person is moving away from cravings. Souls moving toward enlightenment are ‘fastening vana’, which indicates a fastening or stitching together the previous generations, destinies, and the stations of consciousness passed down through the lineage. In this way, the soul is healing generational bonds, which is sometimes a lengthy, arduous process of purification, taking place over several years or lifetimes. The seed of awakening must already be planted in order to manifest the wisdom needed to reach higher levels of consciousness.
Dismantling the ego creates the dissolving of aggregates or the death of lower-self energy. A rebirth can occur during incarnation as the death of the old self creates an unobstructed flow of energy. An awakening can be experienced when the spirit is no longer able to handle the negative emotions contained within. As the spirit releases the residue of emotions, channels open to a new flow of light-filled energy. Peace follows when the mind no longer forms assumptions, and innocence is returned along with complete personal sovereignty. Without manifestations of the mind influenced by negativity associated with the past, an illuminated consciousness rises to fill the channels of human energy. Let’s get a whisper on nibbana and enlightenment:
Rebirth occurs when life-force energy is triggered to ascend. Cleansing of emotional residue from the past occurs in orderly stages according to alignment with core vibrations of each soul. The journey of the soul is pointed in a direction by the search for knowledge gained through the lessons gleaned from every experience.
The stages for enlightenment can occur over several lifetimes or cumulate into an awakening during a single lifetime. Enlightenment is an ascension into a stream of consciousness energy as the soul returns to a greater love. Vibrations match ascension and attract magnetically to reveal the hidden wisdom of the soul. Alignment with core vibrations is the product of a lifetime where the cultivation of virtues lifts the energy within. The soul freely disconnects from the lower energies.
Residual energy from trauma, lower emotions, and intentional actions of harmful behavior are absorbed in the upward movement of light. Free from the bondage of suffering, the soul returns to its most natural, peace-filled, loving state. The highest level of connection to divinity is reached through the stages of enlightenment. Reaching nibbana creates a rebirth or awakening while in the physical body, as death of the old self occurs. Physical death represents another form of nibbana that can be achieved only in movement during transition to the non-physical realms.
From the experience of both forms of nibbana, the soul can then choose to end the cycle of rebirth or come back to the Earth to help others. Those souls who are in one of the nibbana stages of enlightenment and have chosen another incarnation often experience a pleasant lifetime on Earth. The awakening seed opens to receive the energy of love.
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!

“People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own souls. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.”
