This whisper came from session work this week, when the answer to a client’s question was the need for order as a central ingredient to experiencing more peace in their life. When everything is maintained to a certain level of order in one’s personal life, the energy seems to flow more easily in their spiritual life. Beckie created a business around helping others eliminate clutter. The result was a noticeably positive difference in the energy of their home or office. Clients expressed improvements in all areas of life once the environment became clutter-free. Clutter holds stagnant energy, which can have a negative impact on human energy.
In a general sense, order is defined as the arrangement or disposition of people or things in relation to each other according to a particular sequence, pattern, or method. Order with regard to one’s life can relate to maintaining a clean environment, a regular schedule, a routine, or a healthy pattern in relationships and family.
We can gain a better understanding of concepts by looking at the contrast. So let’s look at disorder, which means confusion. How about chaos, which means disorder (tee hee)? Cluttered finances, relationships, health, or businesses often come with a lack of clarity. I don’t think we should confuse order with rules, because the idea of creating rules might lead to some form of resistance. Instead, we should look at order as a healthy flow of energy. Let’s create a healthy flow of energy with a whisper on order.
The Universe maintains values through the unseen order of energy. A vibrational unison of frequencies working in harmony reflects the greatest potential for alignment with all movements of life. Humans can create chaos, but that is often presented as an opportunity to learn about order through the experience of disorder as an opposing force.
With any form of order, there is stability and a grounding force that is reliable. Stability through a focus on order while living in a world of constant change creates the opportunity to bring balance to polar opposites. Duality will not fail to exist, yet it goes unnoticed by the observer due to the harmony that comes with absolute unity. Order brings clarity, a greater knowing of priorities in life, and a lack of confusion.
To understand order, turn to nature. The abstract beauty of a sunset, the constant sound of the ocean, the predictability of the cycles of the moon, all display a cosmic order. Wild animals do not create chaos; they express a world of order according to their instincts and true nature. Predictability creates a peaceful demeanor because of the flow of energy created by repeating patterns.
Order is maintaining a schedule, being on time, regular sleep, consistent meals, dedication to purpose, devotion to spirit, and balanced work and play. The human body, mind, and spirit thrive with regularity, and they develop imbalances with repeated exposure to disharmony. A life without order is filled with stress. Striving for order brings the need to adhere to spiritual laws, which leads to greater alignment with purpose, greater peace, and a pleasant life experience filled with harmony.
The survival mechanism is called into action, often leading to inappropriate reactions to the perceived threat. Self-deception and denial become part of an established mechanism that often carries a tremendous cost to personal integrity. Aggression leading to violence is a product of unstable emotions that have triggered a primal response. When feeling hatred, ask yourself ‘What am I afraid of?’ and ‘What needs to be healed within me?’
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
Blessings, Russell
“The man who believes that the secrets of the world are forever hidden lives in mystery and fear. Superstition will drag him down. The rain will erode the deeds of his life. But that man who sets himself the task of singling out the thread of order from the tapestry will by the decision alone have taken charge of the world and it is only by such taking charge that he will effect a way to dictate the terms of his own fate.” Cormac McCarthy
