No, I’m not referring to your puppy (tee tee). We are all familiar with separation anxiety as it relates to our furry friends. Animals love us without condition and want our company, but they have no way of understanding when have to leave for work. This might leave them in a state of confusion.
This term was whispered during a session with an adult in their sixties, which really sparked my interest with regard to the unusual angel message. When I asked for more information, spirit messaged that the client’s separation anxiety may have begun at the age of four. Since my client could not tell me anything that they were aware of, the whisper communicated that the experience may have been as simple as the first time the parents left her with a babysitter.
The message on separation anxiety during our session went much deeper to indicate the feeling of separation was from God. Perhaps this is one reason why so many people suffer from anxiety? Some form of separation as a child, an absence of love, or even the loss of a loved one might trigger an anxiety that becomes a pattern of emotions surfacing under conditions similar to the original experience. It’s time for the condition that I call a whisper on separation anxiety:
There is a difference between being alone and feeling lonely. The feeling of being alone can be a symptom of separation from your mother/father God or Source. As a child, you may have experienced an event where you felt deep emotions of fear or sadness that resulted from being separated from someone you loved. These emotions can be repeated when faced with a similar condition in the present, as a type of internally programmed response.
Spiritual growth leads an individual to become equipped with the ability to change the response that began with a childhood experience. The feeling of separation from those you love can easily transfer into the individual’s relationship with themselves and with God. The result is feeling anxiety without the ability to identify the disconnect. Anxiety becomes the reality that points you in the direction of working on your relationship with God.
The life experience will offer emotions that emerge from omission or the absence of love. The things that the people you love don’t express can have a surprisingly strong impact on your connection to Source. This is part of the hidden world, and a mystery that one might never expect or be able to account for. Yet the reality is experienced within your own emotions. Recognition from a look, a touch, or a simple gesture is often the reassurance needed for humans to find their bliss. Yet the omission of a simple act often goes without the understanding needed to identify the source of any emotional disharmony.
Everyone needs a hug, an occasional compliment, a loving look, and a kind gesture to assure them they are not alone. This serves to help everyone feel their connection to every living thing. Further your connection to God and you will reduce or eliminate the anxiety that stems from the perception of separation. Love yourself as the conduit to the divine, and you will never feel anxious or alone.
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
Blessings, Russell
“Dusk is just an illusion because the sun is either above the horizon or below it. And that means that day and night are linked in a way that few things are there cannot be one without the other yet they cannot exist at the same time. How would it feel I remember wondering to be always together yet forever apart?”
