In business, there is a term called stability strategy. This refers to adopting a strategic plan when the organization seeks to maintain its current position in the market. Perhaps the cost of growth cannot be matched by returns. Maybe the market cannot provide sustainable growth and stability, given the market conditions. The business may have so much debt that adding any more would reduce liquidity and the available credit needed to expand, despite the potential returns.
Now, let’s apply all of the above to spirituality (tee hee)! Stability is defined as the quality, state, or degree of being stable. Stability also refers to strength and endurance, or removal of anything that disturbs a condition. Maintaining stability during any form of energetic expansion can be desirable and challenging due to rapidly changing conditions. For those who are experiencing an awakening, a stability strategy could be considered essential to energy management.
With every major aspect of life, most people are seeking stability with their processes. In addition, many spiritual people talk of the need for protection. But the mere mention of the word protection can bring fear. What are we protecting ourselves from? When energetic stability is achieved, the electromagnetic field is impenetrable and we are safe, protected, and grounded. Let’s get a whisper on stability:
Stability is a feeling that comes from experiencing conditions related to individual emotional content and energy management. Extreme emotions can influence energetic instability through any process that includes issues with grounding. Expansion of spiritual energy often demands a strategy that includes creating stable conditions that potentially lead to the highest alignment with core values and individual virtues.
Any activity that has a focus on ungrounding should be exercised with caution as to avoid destabilization of energy toward an extreme. Openings in the human energy field can occur with any form of stress. Once there is an opening in the field, stability can be lost. Methods that incorporate sustainable practices with spiritual expansion are those which focus on growth, strength, and endurance.
Life in a world of constant change requires a strategy that allows for freedom expressed through guided movements while making adjustments to changing conditions. With a strategy in place that addresses changing conditions, a peaceful spirit enjoys the stability and the feeling of protection experienced by the quality of their state of being. Stability is sustainable within a framework of a spiritual practice that focuses on maintaining balance during times of expansion.
The highest vibration experienced as stable in the body, mind, and spirit comes with a system that is filled with light. The light-filled human heart is one that has the capacity to hold the high vibrational emotions of love, joy, gratitude, happiness, fulfillment, peace, and connection to divinity. Stability comes with taking personal responsibility for every aspect of life by awakening to the truth, achieving balance, and centering one’s thoughts in the present moment.
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
Blessings, Russell
“Disorder is inherent in stability. Civilized man doesn't understand stability. He's confused it with rigidity. True stability results when presumed order and presumed disorder are balanced. A truly stable system expects the unexpected, is prepared to be disrupted, waits to be transformed.”
