Tomorrow we will experience an amazing astrological event. I am one of those living in the solar eclipse zone of totality. For nine minutes, the sun will disappear behind the shadow of the moon. Some will have a front-row seat to a once-in-a-lifetime event. Others might feel the energy as a subtle “nothing burger” (tee hee). Either way, we are being encouraged to buckle up for the ride.
Mercury went retrograde in the sign of Aries (April 1st) before Venus entered Aries on April 4th. April will start off with everything described by a ‘re’ prefix, such as renewal, revisit, revise, and release. As the energy of miscommunication builds, a Mars-fueled Venus will kick our emotional motor into high gear. If that’s not enough of a baptism by fire, the new moon in Aries will dim the light of the Sun on April 8th. Love, lust, the attraction to shiny objects will test the senses. If we survive the first weekend of April, the never-so-subtle eclipse will shape the energy on Monday.
Eclipses are not known for their gentle nudging. From the shadow of a retrograde into the wave of darkness, a sudden burst of light will jar the senses. Having already experienced some radical highs and lows this week, I sense there is more to the story being told by the planets in April. Let’s get a whisper on the eclipse zone of totality.
The influence of the planetary alignment in April will have a powerful effect. Asking each person to elevate their senses is a call for greater self-awareness. In order to deepen the understanding of one’s true self, the eclipse could be accommodating. From discomfort to a euphoric rise in life-force energy, April is certain to be very revealing.
Energetic highs and lows are a call from the Universe to find balance. Relationship issues will encourage self-reflection and create a strong platform from which to integrate the lessons from the past. It can be a time to manage internal energies to realize goals and create opportunities. Energetic portals will open as gateways to the hidden realms. With confidence and initiative, you can take charge of your life by riding the wave of Cosmic vibrations.
Ego partners with free will to influence assertive action with traits directed toward the unconscious self. Tremendous growth potential is an offering from the stars. However, one must maintain the balance between surrender and willful actions. Masculine and feminine balance can only be achieved through an open heart that is receptive and active. Your heart is also where you will find the courage to face certain realities.
Internal conflict will arise from the desire to control opposing surrender to the Universe. Divine timing takes great awareness and patience. Knowing when to take action is a function of intuition blended with primal instinct. Your mission is to find the middle ground in the dynamic energies coming together in April.
