Every emotion we experience must have some benefit if we are to believe there is a reason for our mortal existence. Some emotions are challenging to face and fully understand because we often categorize them as negative. Fear is one of those emotions that can paralyze our will or propel us into action. Fear can save our life in a moment where we react impulsively, without thought. This would seem to indicate that fear can be expressed in a stream of consciousness.
Fear is often thought to express an imbalance in the root chakra, but in energy assessments we find fear being held in the crown chakra, the heart, the solar plexus, and throughout the energy systems. If the energy of fear is being held in the dimension known as the Body of Love, that person can avoid opportunities to love a person or life itself. Perhaps this can be traced to unexpressed fear or the suppression of emotions.
When two lovers part and one blocks the other or cuts them off, full expression of emotions is greatly inhibited. Fear is one emotion that grabs our attention (tee hee). From one perspective, fear must pull us into the moment. What if I can’t get whispers this week because I am being blocked by fear? (lol) That thought is a sign it’s time to build the greater realization needed for a whisper on fear related to awareness:
Fear can be expressed in healthy or destructive measures. For example, radical beliefs merged with fear can lead to violence, hatred, and radical acts of destruction. When feeling fear, you are being brought into the moment by a feeling. Humans are designed with internal gates that open and close. Most are found within internal organs. Gates manage the energy channels with a specific dedication to primary emotions, both negative and positive. Fear and awareness have the same gates.
Anxiety can be an indication that fear is not being expressed in an organized fashion. Fear that leads to dread can become debilitating, forcing a moment without movement. Fear is a natural element to facing the unknown. There is little comfort found in uncertainty, yet life is an experience that carries the uncertainty by nature related to free will. Fear without action is often experienced as feeling stuck, but should be observed as a potential gift bringing knowledge. Pausing in a moment of fear is collecting an energy of greater awareness.
When humans are filled with inspiration, the expansion of energy can touch others with expressions of thoughts, ideas, and actions that motivate. When the fear leads to inaction, humans are left with an empty feeling. Many sensitive people experience fear in a more complex manner, leading to the potential of feeling lost inside an uncomfortable space. This can support thoughts of inadequacy or that one is an imposter. Presenting the authenticity that includes an expression of fear is extremely vulnerable, yet true to self-awareness.
Being real is expressing how you feel, regardless of the outcome, what others may think, or your own inclinations around self-image. Organize your thoughts around fears to understand them and turn the energy into action. You will build higher levels of self-esteem, greater self-awareness, and a release from unhealthy attachments.
Bring joy, ease suffering and create beauty, then dance like you mean it!
