He was spot on in discerning what was needed to help me. I was in a place of deep despair before our session. I am grateful for his gift and the new direction I am pointed in. Wow! What a transformative experience. I went in know that I needed to do some clearing on a deep level. With Russell’s guidance, I was able to release energies and attachments which no longer served me. I had just been diagnosed with a macular hole last Tues, I was fine about it mentally but felt trepidation in my body. I started to feel more grounded immediately upon starting our session. It was an hour of diagnosing issues & an hour of treatment on the crystal bed with chromo-therapy. I’m at peace. My body has begun dropping weight (as desired) & my back pain has greatly reduced. The macular hole is still there but I’m at peace about it & the integration period is still another 9 days.
